Maintenance of your Loppers

To ensure efficiency and lengthened life span of your Loppers, they should be regularly maintained.

1. To clean use a cloth with warm water. Especially clean around the lower jaw including the recess. Do not use any abrasives on PTFE coated blade.
2. The spring and all moving parts must be kept well oiled. A good idea is to oil after cleaning or at least once every 2-3 months.
3. As the blade does most of the work, it is advisable to monitor it. Keeping the edge sharp is important for its life and efficiency of your work.
4. Spray inner arms, when extended, with WD 40 or wipe with oily cloth for smoother gliding of the arms.
