We offer a two year guarantee on our High Performance Large Branch Saw. In the event of any failure of the Product caused as a direct result of a defect in the material or manufacture of the Product, 2WP will repair if possible or replace the product. The warranty under this lifetime guarantee does not cover Accidental damage Damage caused by negligence or incorrect usage Fair wear and tear of the product and consumable parts such as the blade, springs, screws etc. Where the same product (or any part) is not available for replacement, we will endeavour to provide a 2WP product (or part) of comparable function. Any handling and transportation (and other expenses incurred in claiming under this lifetime guarantee) are not covered by this guarantee and will not be borne by 2WP. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
