1 – Policies
Please note that our Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, Security Policy, Pricing Policy and Guarantee form part of our terms and conditions and should be read accordingly. Links to all of our policies are available at the bottom of this page.
2 – Term binding and ownership
These Terms are binding and govern the use of this website, including the purchase of products from our website. This website is owned and operated by 2WP PTY LTD – ABN 46 617 668 809
3 – Agreement to Terms
By using this website, and/or by buying a product via our website, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. This has the same effect as if you had signed these Terms.

5 - Definitions
In these Terms: 'We', 'our' and 'us' refer to 2WP PTY LTD and 'you' and 'your' refer to you, the customer.
6 - Pricing
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). **Due to fluctuations in the exchange rate prices may vary throughout the year. However, the price invoiced will be the published price on the date of your order as indicated in your shopping cart..
7 – Agreement
Your order is a product purchase agreement. No agreement is created until your order and accompanying payment have been accepted and processed by us and we have confirmed this to you or notified you that your chosen product(s) is / are not in stock, in which case an alternate product or refund or backorder can be offered.
8 - Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of your order.
9 – Order Confirmation
Once we have confirmed your order, you are bound by the order except where we advise you at the time of confirmation that the product is not in stock.
10 - Delivery
Delivery prices are governed by the size and weight of your order and the delivery location. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout prior top order confirmation.
11 – Out of stock items
If a product is not in stock we will inform you of the expected delivery time, based on information provided to us by our suppliers. While we cannot guarantee the delivery dates advised by our suppliers, we will advise you of any delays.
12 – Loss or damage
If a product is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products after delivery has taken place.
13 – Inability to supply
There may be unforeseen circumstances under which it is not possible for us to supply a product at all. If this occurs, it may be necessary for us to cancel orders for that product. We will refund or cancel your payment, but we can't accept liability for any other loss or damage arising as a result.
14 - 30 Day Returns Policy (relates to online purchases only)
Products must be returned in the condition you received them and with the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected by 2WP (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional time to reach your account.
Important: the 30 day returns policy only relates to purchases from our online store, not items purchased from other agents or distributors.
Any handling and transportation (and any other expenses incurred in claiming under this Returns Policy) are not covered by this policy and will not be borne by 2WP.
In the event of any failure of the Product caused as a direct result of a defect in the material or manufacture of the Product, 2WP will repair if possible or replace the product.
In the event of a claim, you will be required to produce the defective product / part and proof of purchase.
2WP will need to be satisfied that any defect in its Product is attributable to material or manufacture defect (and not another cause) before this warranty applies.
Please note, the warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage caused by negligence or incorrect usage Fair wear and tear of the product and consumable parts such as the blade, springs, screws etc.
Where the same product (or any part) is not available for replacement, we will endeavour to provide a product (or part) of comparable function.
Any handling and transportation (and other expenses incurred in claiming under this guarantee) are not covered by this guarantee and will not be borne by 2WP.
In the situation of a faulty product, please refer to the 2 year or Limited Lifetime Guarantee.
We sell products made by third parties. Where products are found to be faulty, we will pass on to you the benefit of the manufacturer's warranty for such products if it differs from our 2 year or Limited Lifetime Guarantee.
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 30 days of receipt. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must notify us immediately. You will be given instructions for returning the product and receiving a refund or replacement. You must return the product in its original packing material and it must be in its original condition. When we receive the product and the conditions of the returns policy have been met, you will receive a full refund or a replacement (at our cost). Refunds will be applied to the account you paid us from.
If we find that the conditions of the returns policy have not been met (for example, if the product is not defective) no refund or replacement will be provided and we will return the product to you.
15 - Copyright
Copyright in our website is our property. Our website includes copyright material, trademarks and registered trademarks which are the property of us and third parties. This material may only be used for the purposes of browsing our website and purchasing products.
16 - Excluding other conditions and warranties
We are not liable to you or any other person for loss in connection with the use of our website or a linked website, or any products sold via our website. Unless expressly stated in these Terms, all other implied conditions and warranties are excluded.
Where our liability can't be excluded by legislation (including the Trade Practice Act and state fair trading legislation) any condition or warranty implied by that legislation will be included in these Terms. However, to the extent permitted by such legislation, our liability for any breach of such condition or warranty shall be limited, at our option, if the breach relates to goods, to:
The replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, the repair of the goods or the cost of replacing, repairing or acquiring equivalent goods; or the total price paid for the purchase of products under these Terms.
The information contained on our website is provided by us in good faith. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and to the best of our knowledge, the information is accurate and current. However, we and our associates don't make any representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information, we don't guarantee that our website is free from errors or faults, and we won't be liable for any such inaccuracies, errors or faults.
We make no warranty that any product will meet your requirements.
We may need to change these Terms or any information contained on our website at any time as required. Please check our Terms regularly when using our website or placing an order.
17 - Privacy
Your use of our website or your purchase of a product using our website will be taken to indicate your consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on our website via links at the bottom of the page
18. Emails
If we send you promotional emails, you will be able to respond by asking us to unsubscribe you and you will no longer receive promotional emails from us. However, all of our official communications with you will be by email. You agree as part of your acceptance of these Terms to our sending you emails for those purposes and purposes related to your order.
These Terms are governed by Australian consumer laws.
